This bohemian sleeve upcycle is my go-to with tshirts. It's fun and fast, and once you do it you'll realize how simple it is! No pattern needed.
Any fabric with some drape will work fantastically- rayon, linen, linen blends, stable knits that won't "grow" too much, even quilting cotton will work if you prefer a less-relaxed look.
