Watch the easy beginner friendly sewing tutorial for the Hendrix Bag here!
This is an easier version of the Hendrix Bag - featuring fewer pockets and is a beginner friendly.
I made two Hendrix Bags with Sew HungryHippie vinyl and Canvas; it was perfect without interfacing. If you are making this bag with different materials, you may want to interface for structure.
Find the full tutorial (all pockets included!) here.
Approximate finished size: 11" wide x 8" tall x 2.5" deep
Materials required:
- 1 roll SHH Vinyl
- 1 magnetic snap
- 2 (¾") D-rings
- 2 (¾") Swivels
- Optional: 1 yard WRC or fabric canvas for the lining. (Interfacings are not needed if using SHH materials as shown.)
Please note there will be raw edges of vinyl on the strap and D-Ring attachments. Either treat with Edge-coat paint, Sharpie color them, or don't let them bother you. It's as simple as that.
