We are hiring! We are looking for ON-LOCATION staff only (Stoughton, WI 53589.) I'm at capacity with remote help, thanks!
Before you apply, please note the following:
- This is a physically demanding job. We put in in excess of 16000 steps per day pulling orders alone, and unpack HUGE and very heavy boxes weekly. Shipments that arrive here are frequent, and all hands are on deck to help unload trucks, unpack, and then store appropriately. This is NOT Joann Fabrics where people would mosy around and sit at the cutting counter all day.
- You WILL sweat on this job. We have AC central air, but again- this is physically demanding. You MUST be physically fit, with endurance. I do NOT allow complaints, moaning, or whining. (Very serious about this.)
- We work without distraction. No phones, no headphones, no texting, no nonsense. Use your phone on lunch breaks or short breaks.
- We limit talking as it leads to distraction and making mistakes. Please know this is not a job to arrive and mingle or gossip. We have fun but we work hard! We have our chat sessions on breaks.
- I pay well because I expect a lot. We train for 45 days on a trial basis. If you have what it takes, you will be hired at a handsome rate per hour. Part time or full time.
If not, we will part ways amicably.
- We have profit sharing in place for full-time employees. Upon full onboarding ( after the trial and after 6 months) you can opt in to this voluntary beneift.
- We do not pay medical beneifts at this time.
- We are FLEXIBLE ON HOURS. However, I do expect committment once you decide your schedule - I don't have time to flip flop schedules around and worry about when someone is going to arrive. Be committed and show up on time on your days.
*If you're not early, you're late - this is our standard. Be 5 min early.
- Some knowledge of fabric cutting, sewing, or similar is beneficial but not required. We will train you.
